Changing the South African Constitution
The ANC | EFF wants to change Section 25 of the Constitution of South Africa to expropriate property WITHOUT compensation. My opinion on this is short and sweet. I am wondering how these two parties would feel about this change when they are not (combined) a majority vote in government anymore and some other alliance is formed where the ANC | EFF does not get to decide who, how and what property gets expropriated anymore? The purpose of any constitution is to protect the organization or country under ALL circumstances and no matter who is elected to govern it. Changing a constitution almost ALWAYS means bad intent. Especially where a country's constitution is changed!
